Vampires and Football

Today we’re at SuperMex, a happy hour featuring half-price appetizers and dangerously cheap margaritas. We’re discussing why Los Angeles doesn’t have an NFL franchise.

Me: They loved the Raiders. They still love the Raiders. It’s a real failure of the NFL that they haven’t gotten them a new team.

Mike: Maybe they’re afraid that Al Davis will suck out their souls.

Me: Huh?
